1) Fire Blake James - Bye Blake, you are terrible....Football, Baseball have fallen under your watch, the University should hire Vilma to do your job immediately. I dont care if he has no experience, he cares about winning, is intelligent and will do what is needed to do to win.
2) We are stuck with Manny who I think has promise.....the guys play hard for him ONLY after playing soft for him for the first quarter. Maybe he becomes Dabo, maybe he becomes Randy Shannon......but that shouldn't prevent...#3 from happening
3) Call Urban Meyer right now.....give him whatever he wants.
4) Come out and say who the QB is........I'd stay w/ Jarren. But don't leave either guy hanging
5) Take bags of cash and buy, I mean recruit an Online
6) Find Carlos Huerta and stick him in Baxa's uniform
7) If Huerta isn't available, try Jimmy Murphy, that guy will work himself into a kicker
8) Run the ball more.....Dee Jay is great, but give Lingard some carries or he will be at Oregon or Auburn next year
