You don’t have the right to tell her she has to wear a mask. You do however have the right to tell her she needs to leave and then arrest her for trespassing when she doesn’t. Stupid!
it’s not 5 years of gaslighting. It’s people who are done with being told what they can and can’t do outside the legal laws. Texas has done away with all mask mandates minus Austin who’s Mayor is a moron. I’d bet she was actually arrested for trespassing.
Clearly she wasn't on the right side of the law since she thought the Governor removing masks mandates applied to her anywhere outside her home, which clearly isn't the case. Private businesses have every right to kick people out for no mask, just as they do for no shirt/no shoes.

The mask mandate isn’t science. It’s actually anything but science. It’s a false sense of security which is probably more dangerous than just not wearing a mask and maintains proper distancing. Either way she’s a dumbass

Masks work, but they're not infallible. So why would anyone deliberately increase their chances of getting COVID by not wearing one ? Wear a mask, sociallly distance, wash hands regularly. It's not complicated.
As for the lady, she is obviously wrong - but she's also well spoken enough to have known better, which suggests she was mislead about what she thought she could and couldn't do, probably due to misinformation she heard somewhere.

So now that Fauci is really trying to cover his arse- if it is possible to go from 6’ to 3’ for social distancing. How does that make sense Raoul? Science working at its best? We are going to be told to triple mask by that clown soon enough.
As for your private property comment- I was able to see the left in full detail this past weekend at a ski resort owned by a well known ‘your type of crowd’ Raoul. Sure, ski area is privately owned. Paid for lift tix in advance to avoid lines as it is spring break. Kiosks were 6 deep and I was pointed to an open window for the ski school as they could give me the same passes the kiosks do. Employee is behind plexiglass just like Disney World and immediately says ‘I cannot give you your passes unless you put a mask on sir...’ Nobody was anywhere 20’ of me. smdh

For not wearing a mask ? They got her for criminal trespass since she was apparently going around town getting into standoffs with employees at various businesses who asked her to mask up or leave. The cop here also got her for resisting arrest.

About 10% of the population here is wearing a mask Now. I’m assuming this is due to high risk and they should. Guess what cases are still plummeting through the floor. Even private businesses have taken down their mask signs. Back to normal! Soon the schools will also.
Nobody is wearing hospital masks. Probably 95% of the population I’ve seen are wearing clothe. I just went from TN through Ga to SC for a conference and everyone was wearing clothe masks.
Very very few of those! Why? Because they’re not comfortable. Even those don’t seal very well. I went through three major Metro areas this week and 95% of those wearing masks were wearing clothe masks. It’s nothing more than a false sense of security.I don't mean N95s - just regular hospital/nurse style masks like this.
