Its been a busy week Gary......but I wanted to step up and thank you for your patience and professionalism on the Manny and Mario fronts.
Manny was left twisting in the wind and should have been cut loose far earlier. You wrote a compassionate piece and he deserved that....
On the Mario front-----things went from good to bad to worse to sideways.....and back again. You showed EXTREME PATIENCE and stayed away from rumors-----the PROFESSIONAL WAY.
Your vision for the program was clear. You knew what it needed and that was ultimately the route chosen. Thankfully.
