Primum non nocere is the 1st and most sacred duty a Doctor has. He violated this, and for selfish reasons. To me he's an embarrassment, and a picture of what is wrong in the profession. All his accomplishments are wiped away, and as the pressure grows I expect he will devolve into the petty creature he is. I was once given some advice A Doctor 1st does No Harm and second Being a Doctor is not a job, nor is it a profession, what it should be is a Vocation. He seems to of fallen very short of that.
