Not to mention you have guys like Jason Taylor and Ed O in the building this off-season. Radakovich as A.D. Zo appeares to be coming late into the picture to join this Program. The amount of alpha radiating dickheat, as @TheLoki always says, is off the charts, compared to the teticle tickling country club culture of entitlement we saw under Manny and his clown circus culture.
When you combine people in the office, coaches, financial resources, and players, I firmly believe that The U has a top-5 football Program in the country. It is now about having the on-the-field championship results to match the championship off-season/off-the-field results.
Can't imagine the proverbial night-and-day difference the Mario era has already had on guys who have been in the Program 2-3-4 years... One day you're dicking around in practice, bullshitting around, going through the motions... The next day you feel like you're in a military football program with 6-9 accomplished, alpha coaches who will move down on the depth chart before you know what hit you.
A tremendous, positive pyschological impact, literally re-programming guys' physical, mental, and emotional toughness, discipline, and committment to winning at an elite level. Gary and Matt talk about how much more of a "hands-on" approach these coaches have with each player.
The Spring Game is fast approaching, and I can't wait to see these guys in off-season action. Couldn't tell you the last time I was this excited for a Spring Game and off-season- perhaps Year 1 of CMR.
