The Power Company is and has been a major problem for years. They have two old oil fired plants both located near each other on one side of island. Rates were so high they hindered investment. Again nobody goes to jail, just now getting around to disbanding authority. First thing they do is blame Washington and the Governor threatens will all move to mainland. This is a beautiful tropical island and they can’t make it work.
