No. But that's what happens when special prosecutors are appointed. The right absolutely loved it when Starr went after Clinton and now of course the same people are just mortified at what Mueller is doing. And the reverse is also true quite frankly.
So no it's not right to go off track from the original purpose but I don't feel sympathy for the right since they loved it when the shoe was on the other foot.
Absolutely true that if he didn't lie he does not get impeached. I don't think anyone disputes that. Doesn't change the fact that what Starr did and what Mueller is doing is almost identical. They both investigated issues beyond the original purpose of their appointment.
Fair point on the timing of the affairs. But let's not pretend like Donald is being an angel during his time in the white house. Its only a matter of time until that story comes out. Personally I could care less what he does or what Bill did. I'm way more interested in the Russia meddling issue and the fact that many on the right want to just move on like nothing happened or its no big deal is baffling to me.

According to the DNC they claim they would have cooperated if they knew of the request which is BS. My initial response to @lou97 about the DNC's refusal was to point out that he was hypocritically whining with a bunch of drama when he said it was "baffling" why the right doesnt want to delve into Russian meddling.....when the DNC didnt give a crap about the hacking which was the worst kind of meddling. Its fake outrage that all of a sudden many liberals are becoming patriots and want answers on Russia while hitting their fists on tables.....because they certainly didnt care until Trump won. As far as patriotism, there is nothing fake about mine. I hold a different view than you do. I don't hate the country. And I find it funny that you question my patriotism when the majority of people, including members of both parties, want this investigation into Russia meddling (Not all the other bullshit) to continue to the end. The only people that want it stopped are the Trump groupies that are either too dumb to realize how serious the Russia thing is or simply don't care because their guy won. I question the patriotism of the latter.
About 70% of the American people want to see this Russia investigation through. Real talk. Are they traitors? Non patriotic?
