So if my understanding of the situation is correct, Blake James was informed several weeks ago that he was done and he was actively searching for jobs. Just over a week ago James was finally fired. Now a week later the BOT have hired a search team to identify a new AD. Is this correct ? If so why the delay in hiring a search committee. If everyone, including James, knew he would be gone several weeks ago why not hire a search committee then ? Even if it was super hush hush to at least put feelers out for potential replacements would that not have made sense. Now because of the delay in hiring a new AD there's talk that they will not have enough time to assess Manny or do a proper search therefore might bring Manny back. What a disaster
