In 2000 we had Butch, Hamilton and Morris in his prime. Miami is a destination town and desirable for coaches. That has only increased. We had zero facilities. No on campus arena, no updated baseball stadium/indoor hitting facility, no Schwartz Center or IPF or Football offices/meeting rooms. We had crappy dorms. But we had good coaches and good to great outcomes. Now we have the same or better economic tailwind, updated facilities and a commitment to do more. If I were hired as AD, I would grab Cristobal, Frank Martin and Greg Lovelady and let it rain.
This could be easy....Cristobal, Martin, Lovelady....we tend to overcomplicate things
