I know I am being "Captain Obvious" but the next 6 game stretch defines the season. Either the players understand what it takes to win or they don't, and that's on everyone, coaches included.
The team with either be the one that looked better than Florida, or the one that let Central Michigan hang around long enough that they almost lost the game. You can preach consistency and winning football as much as you like, but the players either get or they don't.
The talent is certainly there to go 6-0, but lack of focus, discipline, and commitment to winning has looked bad enough at times to go 3-3, or worse. I truly hope the players have gotten the message by now. A successful season is still within reach. We'll see if TNM is real or just a "dog and pony show."
