There were better coordinators out there like Brent and David Aranda. Manny is not a elite recruiter and is not charasmatic.
Who has he learned under? Chuck Amato? Mack Brown where he failed miserably? Mark Richt?
Ok he had the #2 ranked D in total D, but if I do the I test out D was not on the same level as bama or Clemson or LSU.
He never served as an interim coach.
