We did listen to him when he said that masks do nothing but make the wearer feel better about themselves. My wife nearly died from Covid after getting it from her Dr. Both were wearing masks in a clinical environment but you want us to believe that a mask will stop the virus? Apparently, this is not even regular science to some of you.

From the cheap seats....masks help lower the spread and offer some protection. The vaccine lowers the risk of getting the coronavirus and if so more likely not a severe case. Neither is 100% or a miraculous cure, just simple measures to take to minimize risk.

You sound a bit childish at this point. I can promise you that I know quite a bit more than most on this subject after what we went through. I get my my knowledge from the Dr's that saved my wife's life and also from our niece, the travelling Covid nurse. What they have told us differs from what I see in the MSM in many ways. I'm not asking anyone to follow what I say here, only sharing our experience with Covid and pointing out that much of what you read and hear in the MSM is not factual. You are free to make your own decisions as it regards to the virus, I only hope that your decisions are based on facts instead of political science.

Why do you dismiss what the good Dr Fauci said last March? The efficiency of masks has not changed since the man that spent most of his adult life studying infectious diseases said from the beginning no matter how many cute articles and studies you bring here. Doesn't change with how much more we know about Covid and how it's transmitted and it doesn't change with each new variant. The mask efficiency levels do not change for either of those things and that is based on science, not on some TDS tantrum because you've realized that you've been lied to again.

Thank you. She is doing fine now but we're being told her oxygen level will top off around 93 to 95% A blessing that she is even still here so that's a fair trade off. She has had no long term effects either, so yet another blessing.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this week said that even vaccinated people should start wearing masks again in public indoor places, thanks to the spread of the more-contagious delta variant of the coronavirus.
This does absolutely nothing to change the efficiency of the masks that most Americans are using for "protection." No matter what proof is given to you, you continue to put your head in the sand and ignore the facts.

You wear a seat belt because it MAY give you a level of protection. Same goes for wearing any type of mask...it MAY protect you OR OTHERS from getting the virus. Done with this.
