My Sister-in-laws brother is best friends with this whole group and grew up together with everyone. He also attends Saint Thomas and is graduating with all of them and is heading off to FSU this summer. He lives just 3 houses down from victim, who was his best friend and is normally on the boat with everyone. Don't want to disclose name because of age. Went on the boat many times with the kids with my son cruising around the intercoastal. They all live on 17th street Causway on the water. Those bridges are dangerous because they aren't very high, so have to be careful going under especially depending on the tide. You can easily touch the top of bridge once your under. Just found out a few minutes ago one of the boys is Paralyzed from the waste down. Luckily her brother missed this cruising trip.
