I think we can all agree that DJT will litigate the results in many states. That’s his nature. It’s also his right. For me, however, it’s his death rattle with almost zero chance of success. When all legal votes are counted, he could lose by 5-7 million votes.
After that effort, what behavior do you expect? Some options:
* will he formally concede? He has no need to. Wont change any results. But, it’s customary.
* will he pardon his family and friends? I say “yes” with an over/under of 10 pardons for the likes of Rudy, Manafort, Ivanka, Jared, Don Jr., Eric, etc.
* will he pardon himself? Never been done or tested in the courts.
* will resign saying he was cheated and then get a pardon from President Pence? Nixon resigned and was immediately pardoned by his successor, Gerald Ford.
* will he attend Biden’s inauguration? Not necessary. But, it’s customary.
