I keep hearing the phrase when they talk about Manny Diaz is the development of Van Dyke. If I'm not mistaken didn't the person who developed Van Dyke just walk out the door for the SMU job. Manny has developed zero on the defensive side of the ball in 6 years. I had to vent, if anyone thinks Manny should keep this job next season I really think you should get your head examined. But in 2021 many people do settle more mediocrity and being average.

Please surprise me and make the right hire. If Mario does get the job I want to contribute $1000 to that tailgate I keep hearing about.
