Why didn't Pelosi and the national media demand Brindisi concede prior to the new House being sworn in?

Brindisi has said he will continue to appeal, has hired the firm that wrote the Steel Dosier and is claiming error by the Dominion voting machines.

The beauty of this is Marc Elias tried a last minute challenge to claim the machine tabulations were erroneous. The same Marc Elias who got leftist judges to illegally change voting laws . The irony is very deep. The Washington-Corporate cabal has been exposed.
Time magazine in its boasting even unwittingly spilled the beans on how the election was rigged against Trump. Propaganda tends to fizzle over time as facts which are stubborn things reveal themselves. At some point these federal judges have to look at themselves in the mirror and decide to uphold the Constitution or be washed away by political bias.
