I knew we need to upgrade but what Mario has shown, we were many years behind on what a staff need to look like, yes he has the program behind him, but it takes really someone that’s been there done that to really know what a staff need to look like. Check this out, you get HOF player to be analyst and let him know upfront, you’re not getting a field job until you earn your stripes. Mario is a true Alpha lol
