That room is a mess in terms of being championship ready.
Not enough maturity. Too many off the field error and nonsense.
Not enough leadership.....get those receivers to catch the ball. Grab one or two and work with them. Like they used to do back in the day.
Not enough accuracy....to be a much of a real threat to cover the entire field.
Competition is the best thing for players. Steel sharpens steel. Let's get a 2019 QB or even two and let them compete for an open job.
