Last night to celebrate the selling of my condo and met HOFer Rickey Jackson. Sat down and talked to him for about 10 minutes. Super nice dude, he made sure I knew he was from Pahokee.

I’m a PBC native. I’ve eaten just about everywhere of note here but this for some reason has always eluded me. Happy to finally have made itA very solid underrated steakhouse.
Weird location you don't see it going east on PB Lakes Blvd only when going west but certainly very well known.I’m a PBC native. I’ve eaten just about everywhere of note here but this for some reason has always eluded me. Happy to finally have made it

We discovered Billy's Stone Crab Restaurant on one of our trips back home a few years back and it was excellent.Let me know when they head south, Hollywood would be good LOL
I would say I'm a regular but as a local I never dine upstairs in the dining room. They have the marketplace down at ground level. Walk in get bar stool, yap with the cooks, pick out what looks good from the seafood display case and my Scotch is poured before my butt hits the stool. I also ran in there a lot during Covid when restaurants were only doing takeout. I could still throw one down there while they packed up my chow.We discovered Billy's Stone Crab Restaurant on one of our trips back home a few years back and it was excellent.
One time when my wife and I went there we were seated outside along the Intercoastal. A boat went flying by and sent a wake that sent a wave that came crashing upward from under the wooden planks. It also tore a couple of boats from their moorings and it actually ripped out the cleats that were set in concrete. The POS kept on going but there were a few that took pictures of the boat and it's ID numbers. I'm sure they caught up to them eventually.I would say I'm a regular but as a local I never dine upstairs in the dining room. They have the marketplace down at ground level. If you want a good steak in Hollywood, go to JWB (Jimmy Buffett's) steakhouse in Margaritaville on Hollywood Beach. Had a great Ribeye there last week.Let me know when they head south, Hollywood would be good LOL
