He shows up wearing his stupid freaking N95 pinched at the nose with straps hanging. This guy is like a brother known him since 2 years old. Dumbest freaking thing I've ever seen. He's a highly educated professional and the minute he sits down at the bar Sicilian Oven his mask comes off.

I am so sick of seeing this crap. It's so stupid. You don't need a mask that you are going to take off once inside around strangers. I gave him such shyt.

They believe that they are morally superior wearing these face diapers
The mask insanity won’t go away quickly
We will become like some Asian countries where people wear masks all the time , even before Covid
That’s their mentality.
They are obedient lemmings . We are following them
The day of freedom loving , independent, citizens is under threat

With all due respect to your friend as I've had similar situations, it seems that Covid has "unmasked" a direct correlation between "highly educated" and "a lack of common sense."

You're right. The genie is out of the bottle with control and masking. Surprisingly, the group that seems to want to hold on to it, IMO, are young 20-something kids. How ironic as this is the group that were least likely to be impacted by the virus. Mission accomplished!

Have some highly educated folks in my neighborhood that I do Happy hours with on Friday evenings. As smart as they are,they still can’t think for themselves and wear masks. They are just here to serve Papa Joe and do what he tells them

I told my sister-in-law for 40 years (when she dropped off her tax docs at my house)...You can come in and explain the docs if you remove your placebo mask or you can just hand me the docs at my door. She removed the mask and came in. Guys. C'mon. It's enuf bullshit with this hoax. It's over. And the good ppl were proven correct.

Think about getting rid of your embarrassing leader. This is disgusting. And I know (on a human level) that you do not support this President.

Would you like to vote for another failed Republican president? You will get a chance soon cuz 4 of the last 5 Republican presidents have been deemed failures. Not good.

It appeared that the kids appreciated what DeSantis said. Noticed several of them with relieved smiles. USF's administration years has had some real loonie toons libbies. At one point the US's largest Al Queda sleeper cell operated there. I am sure that between kids being told they had to wear and possibly a couple smart asses were the reason for the masks.
Then Ronny D dideth the smackdown!!!

I love the way DeSantis was shaking his head at the absurdity of it.
I'm sure there were some horrified helicopter parents that have already called the Governors Office. For some of those students it will be their best lesson ever at USF.

I still see a few folks driving around in their cars by themselves with masks on. Such a shame that one side decided to make the virus political and passed along so much misinformation. How many deaths were a result of the sheep thinking they were invincible and couldn't spread Covid while wearing a face diaper?

Salt Lake and Summit counties, both run by Dems, tried to reinstate mask measures here in Utah during Omicron. Luckily we have a state legislature here that doesn't believe in virtue signalling and shot it down. Cases went down dramatically without a face diaper mandate, go figure.

Notice you can't argue the dramatic drop in cases without a face diaper mandate. Utah ranks 4th in lowest deaths per capita so apparently what they have done has worked. So glad to live in a state that values freedom over virtue signalling, and again, the proof is in the pudding when it comes to actual facts.

It’s the fear of progressive local politicians or liberal plaintiffs attorneys most likely

Utah has the 4th lowest per capita death rate in America. Hard to argue with that kind of success but yet you still will. You've ignored actual facts from the beginning of Covid including face diapers and the lie that the vaccine will keep you safe as well as to keep you from spreading it to others. Have you had your 37th booster yet?

No government is forcing you to wear a mask now. Speak to your doctor as to why he insists on doing that. I suspect your physician has more insights into these matters than you.

Not going to waste my time getting vaccinated for something with a death rate near .5%. Take out those that are old and/or have comorbidities and that rate plunges even further. Yes I had Covid and it was nothing compared to the viral infection that was going around out here back at the end of Dec and into Jan. Strange that so many still act like Covid was the equivalent to the Bubonic Plague when actual facts say otherwise.

I don't mind at Doctors office. I did tell my dentist the other day it's BS already. He told me he agrees 100% but the other patients freak out.
