Everyone sees Manny is not the answer, yet some have the mindset…let’s keep him. I know I’ve been overreacting, in what world does this make sense? The cost will not go down, the market for coaches is escalating rapidly and I don’t see that changing. The only thing you save on is Manny’s buyout. Sacrificing success to save penny’s (crazy world where 2-3 million is penny’s compared to the overall spend). The university is playing small ball and with mindset we will never achieve greatness.
