A large group getting together tomorrow for CFB, BBQ lots of eating and drinking.
I’m smoking 15 Lbs of wings. Smoke for 2 hours, soak in Buffalo Sauce and finish on the grill. Follow that with 12 slabs of baby back ribs smoked 3-2-1 method. Others bringing gumbo and chili. Be starting the day with bloodies at 9:00!
