So far the theories I have heard are:
1) The justice Dept. matched the pilots birthday of Jan 6th with a picture of him drinking a beer while wearing a silly Viking Hat in HS.
2) The Easter Bunny, John Kerry and Hunter got really high on April 20th..
3) A test for the November elections The demi plan is to have evacuations of vote counting facilities when the absentee ballots are flown in.
4) Appalachian State does that to everybody.
