What do Chicago citizens have to look forward to in 2022?

They have more senseless deaths and Beetlejuice as their mayor. The people need to take the law into their own hands and protect their neighborhoods. They have nothing else to do. The Police have had their nuts cut off, city attorney's that turn em loose. What else is there to do if you were them?

If I lived there, I would be looking forward to Relocating...and I spent a lot of time in that great city and love(d) it
Spent many a great night on Rush Street et al. Chicago is like NYC, LA, and San Fran. Iconic American Cities that I used to love going to. But I choose to not take my family to unsafe areas, as all of these formerly great cities have become after being governed by wackadoo leftists.

Went to Chicago for that ill-fated Notre Dame game(God it was awful) at Soldier Field 10 years ago. While the game sucked, we all had a blast. Stayed at a Marriott on Michigan Ave., went to the Navy Pier, and had some great dining experiences. I would never go back now and, like NYC, will it ever come back?

Have done a lot of business and pleasure in Chicago over the years. That is what makes things so sad about how these great American cities that were so amazing. Used to take the fam to NYC at least twice a year. Not just Manhattan, but other areas were always safe. When 57th is no longer safe Comrade DiBlasio has made every effort to kill the city. Wish I could have confidence in Adams, he tells a good story but am hearing he is bought and paid for by the bad guys. Hope my information is wrong, but good sources are saying he is just the tallest midget. Lightfoot is an abject farce and there are no good known options to replace the fish. City Suicide by Voters.

Attended that shit show myself (with family) my girls were UM students at that time...we stayed at the Conrad Hilton (always my favorite when in Chicago). Had a nice chat with Bernie Kosar in the Lobby.

Unfortunately, Dorsett dropped that TD pass in the first series...we had another TD drop as well early in the game, not saying game changer, but deflation...for sure. Lots of Canes in the crowd. . We sat behind the Canes bench...and my memory was Stephen Morris yucking it up with a few players while getting our ass's kicked.

I did enjoy the ND halftime show though. Something very American about that.

I remember that drop on that first possession. We were all so amped up. Nothing went right the rest of the way.

That was the last time I was there and like you’re experience, great time, great city at that time. Now people are getting mugged on mich ave. I won’t go back till it’s cleaned up and safe. Was my favorite big city. Shame.

Even notre dame fans were saying that had he cought that pass it could have been a different out come. Not saying we’d have won but at least then maybe it’d been a game. God it was cold. Hate to say it but the notre dame fans for the most part were pretty cool that whole weekend when they really could have rubbed our faces in it or talked mad shit even before the game. Felt like miami fans took over chicago leading up to that game. We were everywhere. It’s like the dame fans just all the sudden came out of the woodwork right before the game.

on a side note, it was kind of the same thing shockingly enough with the uf fans in orlando. Never saw a fight or any uf fans really being out of control. Maybe things have changed now that it’s been such a hard school to get into for a while and most of their alumni growing up.

I don't care much for big cities but my mom lived in San Fran for over 25 years when she divorced my dad and we visited often. Such a neat city with so much to do and see. My wife and our son went there with her friend and her son about 4 years ago and said she'd never go back again.
