There needs to be accountability all around. Coaches holding each other accountable. A great example is last Saturday when the defense came off the field not a single coach came over to the bench to talk to the players. The guy who has to make that 1st move is HC Manny. He has to lead by example. If he isnt going to take the lead no other coach is likely to do it. I want to see improvement all around. Several Canes fans who attended the game said a number of times there were no coaches in the box upstairs. WHY???!!!!
I'm also in the belief that its possible Manny micro manages as a HC/DC. So its possible its Manny's way or the highway.
