Where are the dogs????

Some of us might say we have some dogs on this team. Maybe. But they are all playing skill positions. How many dogs do we have playing the dirt and gritty positions? I'm saying OL, DL and LB - guys who define the personality and culture of any team? Zero. We have zero dogs playing those positions. This is why we lack a certain toughness.
