Who should our next DB coach be?

Al has done decent with the recent hires of Beard and Darrow. Not sure about the DL coach. Missed on T-Rob, which would have been a home run for sure. Who should we be considering? Williams is surely the next coach to go. We really need a proven recruiter/developer, not just an alum who played in the league.
