So, the message should be, quit trying to make weapons of mass destruction and you might see the olive branch. That is International policy that terrorists could understand. The Trump cabinet had no idea what worked because they ignored the constitution and broke our laws. They were woefully unprepared and unqualified. Received positions due to donations and wealth or common racist objectives. Sad....very sad our country had to go through this but it can be repaired.
