1. Going into the game I felt very confident with Perry quarterbacking. Then the O takes the ball right down the field for a touchdown. That has got to give the defense confidence, motivation, and a will to persist, something the D had to do all night. But at least they had a a quick lead to protect.
2. I like the vertical threat. Understand there were some misses, but it still provides hope and excitement.
3. Only 4 penalties for 24 yards!!!! That O line has its issues but at least drives weren't getting killed with a bunch of holding calls.
4. Kicked a field goal!!! I am hopeful we never have to see Baxa attempt a field goal again, much like I'm glad I never have to see Cody Parkey kick a field goal again.
5. The biggest issue left is pass protection. Can't we keep a TE or a Back to protect Perry's backside?
