I heard Richt convinced him to come down. No official announcement yet though. It was a little weird because we have heard for 2 days he was coming but Atlanta newspaper reported yesterday that he was staying there. But today even they are saying he is Miami bound, so should be pretty solid.
We believe he is coming as Co-Offensive Coordinator
The other guy we now hear is coming is Todd Hartley. I told you about him a few days ago. He has been an ops guy but we hear he will be Special Teams coordinator at Miami. We told you about this one several days ago. Sports illustrated is now reporting as well.
Both Georgia TE Coach John Lilly and WR Coach Bryan McClendon.have apparently decided not to come to Miami.
Richt"s son Jon, Currently working for the Buffalo Bills, will be part of the football operation in some capacity. It is not known yet if that will be as a coach.
We have also heard Richt is looking into some NFL coaches for staff positions
There remains no word on who from the current staff will be retained
