Mr. Wong needs to move on. On the court this kid is a black hole; meaning when the ball goes into him it never comes back out. He has terrible basketball judgement. When he gets it he shoots it no matter what. Even coming back out with the ball is difficult for him. He is a VOLUME scorer. He needs to shoot a lot to score. He is NOT a team player. Worse, the kid thinks he's TEN TIMES better than he actually is. He thinks he's Michael Jordan. The NBA will chew him up and spit him out. He can jump, and he's quick, but he doesn't have the ability to adjust on the run; kind of like a RB who only has straightaway speed but no moves. He'll be lucky to be playing in a European B league next year. And good luck getting an NIL deal while still applying for the NBA draft
Larranaga needs to stop coddling this kid and let him go. If he really wants to improve his chances to compete next year he should use Wong's slot to get a team player and true point guard like Iowa's St's Tyrese Hunter. That would make Miami an NC contender next year.
