And this is coming from the guy that waited 6 months, millions of Americans infected and thousands dead before finally getting around to declaring a National, Emergency for H1N1? He also depleted the nations supply of PPE's that he used up and refused to replace them. I wonder if the money he wasted on Solyndra could have been used towards that effort instead?

Are we referring to the FBI that knew there was no Russian Collusion but spent millions trying to undermine a sitting president. Flynn the same guy Obama told Trump not to hire then worked with FBI to entrap him. FBI got caught and the trail will go back to Obama. Release of documents just starting, you know the documents FBI either couldn’t find or tried to hide claiming classified. Trump didn’t throw any of them under the bus, just found them hiding there.
The FBI did their job. Since Flynn did not disclose his new role as a foreign agent after Obama fired him, Flynn put himself in legal jeopardy. He was fired by Obama in 2014. In 2013, The Defense Intelligence Agency, AKA the US Military Spy Service and the same service that was headed by Flynn, issued a Pentagon-wide threat assessment about products made by a Russian soft ware lab called Kaspersky, which was a front for Russian Intel. This same Russian company had been flagged by US intel since 2004.
Following his termination, Flynn, in 2015 decided to make his fortune as a private citizen. The 1st venture he got involved with was Kaspersky & handsomely rewarded. Also in 2015, Flynn took money from a Russian air cargo company called Volga-Dneiper, that is linked Russian govt scandals. Also in that same year Flynn was paid $45,386 by Russia Times (RT) the Russian state owned television network. He received this amt for speaking at RT 10th anniversary celebration. Flynn also went to Moscow in 2015 & an all expense paid trip to give a presentation & received $45,000, records show. At that very same presentation, he sat next to Vladimir Putin. Why did Flynn make these connections in Russia? What drew him to the Trump campaign?
As for the connection with Obama, Why didnt FBI director Comey make references to #45s predecessor???

The termination of Comey, by the Trump administration, was intended to end the FBI investigation of Russian Interference in the last presidential election. It was another attempt by Trump to intimidate.

A few weeks ago a republican-led senate investigation confirmed Russia did indeed meddle, tamper & colluded with the past presidential election.

The FBI agents interviewing Flynn determined he did not lie, but their FBI superiors, who were not on the scene doctored the 302s and charged him with lying... just another criminal offense by the FBI. They then threatened Flynn with prosecuting his son... another criminal act by the FBI.

The Obama administration was underfunded by congress, a repub majority. Benghazi was vastly underfunded by $128M. Paul Ryan withheld $26B from the AHCA, known as Obamacare to repubs. While serving congress Ryan often said "the costs of running Obamacare is spiraling out of control." Funding for the military, NSA were also affected.

First of all the Act references private citizens. Second Congress does not have to get permission from the President to have a foreign leader to speak before it. Show me the statute or the provision in the Constitution that requires it. Since the Logan Act was passed in one citizen - in the early 1800s - had an action filed against him pursuant to the Logan Act. He was not successfully prosecuted. Criminal Statutes are strictly construed. Your argument that it applies to Congress is misplaced.
