AD open to negotiating with Mas Brothers for development of new stadium at Freedom Stadium Site. This is the first actual conversation between our administration and a developer with a realistic opportunity. The stadium is supposed to be completed by 2025 as per development agreement with the City of Miami. If we are really serious about a stadium... this is where it has a real opportunity to happen.
