Just about ANY head coach who we have talked about ad nauseum for months, if not years, is an upgrade from Manny.

Mario, Lane, Napier, Mullen, Stoops, Campbell, Schiano, and a half dozen or so more. This is the 5-Time National Championship Miami Hurricanes we are talking about here- not Iowa. There are plenty of high-quality coaches, who are far better than Manny, who would without a doubt come here provided the bullshit BOT actually commit to having a high quality football program.

Of course Mario is the homerun hire. But it shouldn’t be either home run or strike out sticking with Manny for another year. That is just tantamount to a self-imposed sanction and a massive dick punch setback in recruiting.

As a hypothetical to make the point:
- no Lego Boy Blake
- Zo in the building
- Mark Stoops HC
- T-Rob
- Young Dynamic OC like Rhett (plenty around like Garrett Riley at SMU lol); maybe Ken as OC
- Upgraded DL/OL coach

^^^ That is a 10x better forecast for the Program in 2022 than keeping Manny for another year.

Maybe that type of plan is on the table as a Plan B. But the overall point is that Manny needs to be fired at any and all costs. I don’t give a shit about the $2 million buyout. The big boy programs who are committed to winning at a big boy level piss on $2 million as a drop in the bucket. If you have to eat the $2 million buyout as a Program in order to secure a high caliber replacement coach for Manny, then you step the f**k up and do it. Okay. Otherwise, continue to parade around a Cirque du Soleil style dog and pony and smoke and mirrors show, fooling the fan base that has endured nothing but insults, misrepresentations, and incompetence form this shit BOT for 20 years.
