* means currently or formerly on Cristobal staff. 2 things to remember. Cristobal has not been afraid to make changes on his staff and for many slots he has people with West Coast connections. He gets the importance of recruiting and relationships. I fully expect him to balance coaching and recruiting capabilities with a focus on people with some ties (or ability to connect) to the southeast.

In total, I still expect that we only need 8-10 additional support staff, so about $1.5m per year (on top of $1.5m per year in higher assistant salaries and $1.5m per year extra from Richt contract for Mario)....let's say $15m for buyouts, and $20m-$25m over 5 years in increased resources....$40m additional commitment over 5 years including Highsmith salary...totally doable to get this right
