Between us being 2-0 and ranked in the top 15...….and 0-2.
1. Muffed punt by JT4 in the red zone
2. Dropped pass in the end zone by JT4
3. 2 missed field goals, missed extra point by Baxa
4. Several missed tackles on TD by Gaytor WR
5. 4th and 17 conversion
6. Dropped 2 point conversion by Mallory
These 6 incidents are why we're at 0-2...….not the opposing teams. We had both games won in the fourth quarter and these incidents allowed teams who WERE NOT better ball clubs, to escape with the W. They weren't beaten by either UF or UNC, with these six plays, they beat themselves...….take away the plays and we sit at 2-0 and ranked somewhere in the top 15.
So all of the hate being thrown at Manny and the staff at this point is nonsense. If those 6 plays didn't take place, we'd be singing Manny's praises right now. I think Manny is on to something here and in time, he'll have the U in playoff contention, but he needs to clean up a few areas and maintain the excitement.....it's refreshing
