I just believe that if she thinks abortion on demand in the 3rd trimester is ok she needs to be replaced one way or another. A huge problem is Kagan and Sotomayor are so liberal and they will be there for a long time. Thank goodness Clinton didn't win. Look at the ruling below that just happened, they were the only 2 on the court to vote against it. We need at least one more Trump judge appointed before he leaves.

The 7-2 decision struck down a century-old Minnesota law that was challenged by a voter temporarily turned away for wearing a Tea Party shirt and a "Please I.D. Me" button. During oral argument in February, state officials said the law had not been challenged until now.
Chief Justice John Roberts issued the court's opinion, calling the state's effort to make polling places less clamorous admirable. But unlike some other states, including California and Texas, he said, "Minnesota has not supported its good intentions with a law capable of reasoned application."
Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer dissented, saying Minnesota's highest court should have an opportunity to weigh in first. Sotomayor had expressed support for the state law during oral argument in February, noting some people viewed "Please I.D. Me" as a "highly charged political message ... intended to intimidate people to leave the polling booth."
Obama had weaponized DOJ, IRS and was attempting to weaponize SCOTUS. Had that mission been completed we’d be 100% totally f#cked! Totally agree on one more SCOTUS appointee. The real power in this country now is not the President or the Congress it is the courts. The dems realized this and why they were so devastated that Trump won. The Supreme Court is the true ruler now and will decide which direction this country goes in the future. If the progressives, liberals and socialist had loaded the courts this country would be France or Canada in a short period of time.Thank God that Trump won.
