Boys, remember when we ALL/most of us started to PANIC!!!..."Oh Lawdy-Lawdy-NOOOO, all the available top-rated coaching assistants have been scooped up/found new coaching destinations, and we still doan have an OC, LB, QB, RB coach etc., and 2 of our newly hired top-level coaches have already been poached, I love me some Mario, but WTF is he doin'???" Y'all remember all that hissy-fittin'...Well, what we've all come to understand, revel in, and respect, is that this dude is keenly aware of who/what type of coach/player he wants to bring into the building/onto the gridiron, does his due diligence and homework to a fault, then prolley checks it several times over, before he makes a certain move on a recruit/coaching hire. He obviously wants to make the right hire/sign the right recruits...even when he loses out on a preferred target, he simply reloads and moves on to an obvious Plan-A-b, A-c, A-d etc., whatever it takes to hire/land the RIGHT person/player that fits HIS VERSION of a HURRICANE. So all of you HIssy-Fitter's, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, CALM DOWN., AND STEP-THE-FCUK-BACK FROM THE CLIFF..and let Dude work...Peace!
P.S.- If this was one of our "Woe is us" past staff's, we woulda immediately started panicking and taking (high 2 and 3 Starred kids), who should have never dared put on that white helmet with the ubiquitous U stickered on the sides...
