Well, I think they did a great job prosecuting this case which makes you correct. Even something as procedural such as which charges to get him on or the sell to the judge. It's really going to be hard to walk just based on how he was charged alone.
Even if you don't want to put a cop in jail it's hard to say it wasn't even an accidental death on that manslaughter charge. It's just not reasonable at all to get this POS cop on something. You can't just slowly murder an unarmed man with other cops just standing around by choking him out. We can not set this type of precident.
