this Manny hire without even interviewing was just crazy. Especially being that it’s yet another guy with zero HC experience.
We have major problems and it will be exacerbated by the fact that this staff is not a strong recruiting staff. That means the talent will only drop unless we win and we are not gonna win.
We have become a joke and a dead program and in my opinion that falls on Blake James. Everyone was pulling for Manny similar to Randy as hometown guys but at this point you gotta call it what it is
