Elite coordinators in the NCAA now make probably close to 1.5 mil to 2 mil dollars... All he had to do is call Manny up offer him a 500k raise to 1.25 million and bet he stays and then you go on signing a top 15 class... if he was already making 1+ mil I’d say okay he just wants to be a head coach and we’ll let him go.
