Manny seems like a nice guy and I want him to succeed. He was sadly set up for failure. This is what happens when you fail to interview a single candidate and bring back an assistant from a failed regime who has no head coaching experience let alone he has never played a down of college football. There has to be countless candidates James could have vetted.

I am curious to know whether the Board of Trustees have any confidence in James.
