Gary, one thing I'm trying to wrap my head around is if we assume Mario is the target to be head coach from the top, then how does that affect our AD search? Are we hiring an AD and saying, look we want you but the head football coach is going to be Mario and you have to be ok with that. Or are we hiring an AD with the intention of stating a preference that we look at Mario, but ultimately let that person do their job and make the most consequential hiring decision you can make as an AD.
