A week and Two days until we take on Bethune.. and once again our coaching staff will be under a microscope..
There's been pluses out of Camp.. and.. also some minues out of camp... We've heard about a new sense of comaradarie around the team.. And a new sense of leadership from players like Kaaya and Kirby.. We've also heard some things through KC McDermott and Observers.. Like Gary.. Who say.. Maybe things haven't changed sooo much.. Lifeless and almost Corporate practices.. Extra Days Off.. No obvious change in scheme.. from the Defensive Side of the Ball.. And a Shuffling O Line that may not be sorted out till Game 6...
Lets face it... And lets all Agree... We don't really know what we're going to get this year from our Hurricanes..
However... This Much.. should Be Written in Stone for the 2015 Season.........
This is Al Golden and Co's LAST SHOT!! Its all or nothing this year... No more Excuses, No More Cloud, No More "Too Many Night Games" and Not Executing on MONEY DOWNS?! If we see.. This same moronic Bend but Don't Break Reactive Defense that we've seen the past four Years.. Where We're Rotating in 40 Guys at a time on every different Series.. Then that will be the sign for another rough year.. If we see a team.. that struggles against these National opponents Early.. then that will be a Sign.. for another rough year..
Al Golden and his Philosophies will be scrutinized this year.. MORE than they've ever been.. And its time to see if Al can Coach.. Make in Game Adjustments.. Out Strategize his opponents.... or..... Remain Firm and Stubborn in his Tom O'Brien/ Al Groh Ways....
For the Record.. I am cheering for Al Golden.. And I am cheering for the Hurricanes.. I hope that this is the year that we can reclaim a Seat At The Table.. on the National Level.. And Return in National Conversations of Premier Bowl Games and Conference Championship Games...... But Miami... Has Always been Best.. When The Canes are allowed to be THE CANES... FAST, AGRESSIVE, FEROCIOUS, and FEARLESS UNDER THE LIGHTS!! For Golden, D'nofrio, and This Staff's Sake... I hope they've also come to this realization.... Only the upcoming Season.. will let us know..
