Guidry is a mad scientist who is revered as one of the best teachers in college football. Jason Taylor gives the staff an NFL HOFer who has already made his presence felt with multiple elite pass rushing prospects since he arrived. Derek Nicholson is a young, motivating grinder who has proven himself as a recruiter and has a track record of several all-conference level linebackers on his resume.
