There have been a few core lingering issues that have been slowly fixed over the past 20 years since our last run...
1. Facilities - from lower tier to top 15 over the past 10 years...final step was world class dorms but the integrated IPF, Football Facility expansion and revamp, Schwartz Center along with things like UHealth, Hard Rock upgrades, etc. etc. have really transformed the program
2. Coaching salaries - starting with the head coach, Mark Richt brought us up to an acceptible level in terms of Head Coaching and Assistant Coaching salaries. Basically from $2.5m to $4m+ and assistants from $200k to $400k-$1m.
Continued tailwind:
1. South Florida both from a recruiting standpoint but also a economic surge and demographic movement perspective....people and businesses are moving down given the weather, taxes, etc.
2. School reputation and success which will allow for continued investment in resources over time.
Now we have to take that and win 10 games consistently.
