Williams wins the job because he can work with the TE's better and has a good enough arm to work with the WR..Martell can take off and run instead but might not be able to work the short game even though our TE's and RB's are our best players. N'kosi is always looking downfield, maybe he changed over the summer but I don't remember him going too often to the RB's or TE's. We have stars at RB and TE's and great slot receivers and we can't let them go to waste.. Of course all that goes to shiznitz if our Oline is too far below average.
