Agreed. The law will stay in place and, as you said, it will be in court system for years. That means it'll be front and center for 2020 just like 2018. Obamacare is not perfect by any means but the majority of people now favor it and the individual parts of it like preexisting conditions and keeping kids on parents healthcare for a longer period are very popular. 1. In your original post you said nothing about prior to the mandate. But since you mention it the mandate went away in December 2017 when the tax cut was passed. Now go look at your poll (since all others are fake) and tell what the approval rating was at that time. I'll give you a hint....you're still wrong.
