If I had a very young daughter and one of these he/she's walked into the same bathroom and whipped it out in front of her, there is absolutely no doubt what my reaction would be. If they allow these people to be in public places business, government, need to have bathrooms to accommodate them. It could be a traumatic experience for a child.
