Is there some merit to hiring let’s say Jurich since he is unemployed at the moment and can hit the ground running vs say another target like Radakovich? Both have great resumes and granted one has less questions. But is there an advantage for UM going with Jurich if they like him as much or close to someone like Radakovich since he is unemployed? Just curious your thoughts and the boards.
